The Medela Swing Maxi Hands-Free is a double electric breast pump designed for real flexibility. The ultra-lightweight collection cups (just 76g each) sit against the breast without compressing tissue, with a transparent design so you can check nipple alignment and monitor milk flow easily. The 2-Phase Expression™ technology mimics a baby's natural sucking rhythm — starting with stimulation, then switching to expression — for more efficient sessions.

It's hands-free, quiet enough for night feeds or public use, and the built-in rechargeable battery gives around 6 sessions per charge. Adjustable suction levels mean you can find what works for your body, and PersonalFit Flex compatibility means you can switch between hands-free and classic pumping depending on the day.
