Return Policy

We understand things don’t always work out. If you're not happy with your order, you have 30 days from receipt to request a return, with the exception of swimwear, underwear, and beauty & wellness products, which are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

How to start a return

Before sending anything back, please contact us at info@latchette.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll confirm whether the item should be returned to us or directly to the brand that sent it.

Return conditions

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached

• Sale or promotional items must be returned within 14 days

• We’re a small business and can’t cover return shipping at this time. If a parcel is returned with unpaid postage, any fees will be deducted from your refund

International orders
At this time, we can only accept returns from UK customers. Orders shipped to the USA, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand are final sale and cannot be returned. We recommend double-checking sizing and product details before ordering internationally.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving your return.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We’ll cover return shipping and arrange a replacement or refund. We may ask for a photo so we can follow up with our brand partners.
