We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Our returns window
You have 30 days from receipt to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Please note the following exceptions:
- Swimwear, underwear, and beauty & wellness products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons
- Sale or promotional items must be returned within 14 days
How to start a return
Email us at info@latchette.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm next steps and let you know where to send your item — some products return directly to our partner brands, so please wait for our confirmation before posting anything back.
As a small business, we're not able to cover return shipping costs at this time. Please ensure postage is paid before sending — any unpaid postage fees will be deducted from your refund.
International orders
At this time, we can only accept returns from UK customers. Orders shipped to the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and other international destinations are final sale and cannot be returned. We recommend double-checking sizing and product details carefully before placing an international order.
Refunds
Once we've received your return, refunds are processed within 7 days. You'll hear from us as soon as it's done.
Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us at info@latchette.com within 30 days of receipt. Include your order number, a brief description, and a photo if you can — this helps us follow up with our brand partners. We'll cover return shipping and arrange a full refund or replacement, whichever you prefer.
