Welcome to the Latchette FAQs — your go-to guide for breastfeeding essentials in the UK. From nursing clothes and lactation support to gifts for breastfeeding mums, we’re here to answer your most common questions.

Do you sell breastfeeding essentials in the UK?

Yes! Latchette is based in the UK and specialises in breastfeeding essentials carefully selected from trusted brands.

What size should I get for nursing bras?

All our nursing bras brands have provided sizing guidance. Check it out in the product description.

I can’t find my size — will you be restocking?

We know how frustrating it can be when your size isn’t available. As a small, curated store just getting started, we carry limited stock while we learn what our community needs most. But we’re listening — if there’s something you’d love to see in your size, feel free to reach out. We’re working closely with our partner brands and will be restocking based on demand.

Why don’t you have more products available yet?

We’re just getting started, and we believe in doing things thoughtfully. At Latchette, we handpick every item to make sure it truly supports breastfeeding mums. Rather than offering hundreds of products, we focus on curating only the best from trusted brands we genuinely believe in. Our collection will grow over time, but we’re proud to launch with pieces we’ve tried, tested, and love.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver to the UK, US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. We’re working on expanding further, but for now we’re not able to ship to Europe. Stay tuned!

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible. Please allow 1–3 business days for dispatch. Standard UK shipping typically takes 2–5 business days.
Most orders include tracked shipping, and you’ll receive tracking info by email once dispatched. If your order was sent with an untracked service, we’ll still notify you when it’s on its way.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free UK shipping on orders over £50. For orders below that, shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Which items ship separately?

Some of our products are sent directly from our partner brands (e.g. Mumba Bra). If you order from multiple brands, your items may arrive in separate parcels. We’ll keep you informed every step of the way.

Do you offer gift wrapping or gift messages?

Not at the moment. Many of our products come beautifully packaged and make lovely gifts as they are. We're working on adding a gift message option soon.

What if my item is damaged or faulty?

We’re so sorry! If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us within 30 days of receiving it. We’ll cover the return shipping and offer you a full refund or replacement — whichever you prefer.

Just include your name, order number, and a quick description (a photo helps too) so we can sort it quickly.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? 

We understand things don’t always work out. If you're not happy with your order, you have 30 days from receipt to return it for a refund. Please check our return policy page here.

Important - International orders
At this time, we can only accept returns from UK customers. Orders shipped to the USA, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand are final sale and cannot be returned. We recommend double-checking sizing and product details before ordering internationally.

Can I cancel my order?

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please use our easy return system to get a full refund.

I entered the wrong delivery address – what should I do?

If you’ve entered an incorrect address, reply to your order confirmation email or contact us as soon as possible at info@latchette.com with the subject line "Wrong delivery address".

We may be able to update it within 24 hours of placing your order — as long as your order hasn’t been dispatched yet.
Once it’s shipped, we can’t make changes or offer a refund for incorrect address submissions.

Is it safe to use your products while breastfeeding?

Yes. All our products are either made for breastfeeding or reviewed and approved for safe use during nursing. If you have allergies or medical concerns, always check the ingredients or ask your health professional.

We do receive a large number of emails, If you wish to get a prompt response please attach your order number and address the problem clearly. We'll get back to you as soon as possible!
