LESH · POSTPARTUM BRIEFS
The underwear that actually holds everything together in those first weeks.
Best for: postpartum recovery, heavy flow with pads and everyday comfort
The first days after birth are a lot. Your body is recovering, your pads are massive, and the last thing you need is underwear that can't keep up. Lesh Postpartum Briefs are designed with a wider, longer gusset — built to match the width of postpartum pads so everything stays exactly where it should, even during heavier bleeding. The mid-rise fit sits gently over a C-section scar and works with both winged and non-winged pads. An absorbent terry gusset adds a quiet layer of extra protection. Made from a buttery soft modal blend, they feel gentle enough to forget you're wearing them — which, right now, is the whole point.
Is this right for you?
Choose this if you want a mid-rise brief that offers gentle coverage and support post-birth. Especially good for C-section recovery and for use with standard postpartum pads.
Skip this if you prefer more coverage around the hips or waist — the Lesh Boyshorts offer a higher rise and fuller cut.
Why it works
- ·Wide gusset keeps postpartum pads securely in place
- ·Absorbent terry lining for extra everyday protection
- ·Mid-rise fit — sits comfortably over a C-section scar
- ·Buttery soft modal — gentle on sensitive postpartum skin
- ·Works with winged and non-winged pads
Why it's a Latchette favourite
Because postpartum recovery is hard enough without fighting your underwear. Lesh thought through every detail — the gusset width, the rise, the fabric — so you don't have to.
Care
Machine washable · Gentle cycle 30°C in a laundry bag · Hang to dry
To extend the life of your briefs, avoid wringing, fabric softener, bleach and ironing.
