  How to use:
  

Place the pump on your breast, centring the nipple. Gently squeeze the base to create suction — avoid squeezing the top as this weakens the seal. To stimulate let-down, gently massage your breast or apply a warm compress. Once milk flows, let the pump collect your milk hands-free. When finished, release the suction and store your milk.
